120 gal RIMLESS wide in progress ...

I had a glass company cut it. Everything with the glass was done by Minneapolis Glass Company. Basically they drilled 2 holes similar to the one half circle you have, then cut the section out from that. My water level with the sump running is about 1/2" from the top of the glass. Got a QuietOne 4000 as my water pump...both ballvalves (overflow and return) are wide open. When I get done with everything on my "TO DO" list I want 10 Red Belly Piranha in the tank with 5 or 6 Amazon Swords.

oh I see ! Cool man, cool looking tank that you got. That's one thing I kind of wish I made different - I mean not different but simple a bit BIGGER I didn't think of making 2 or 3 of those semicircles ! :/ Now I gotta be careful cuz my pump is kind of too much for this and have to regulate the flow by closing the ball valve.

Maybe you'll see something BIGGER soon haha I just got a ... 3/4 glass and have a base of 48x36 :X that's gonna be even bigger than this tank ! + I got a square of 44" which may turn into a tank for rays !!! ohhh I need more glass anybody ?! lol

with a glass tank do u silicone the sides to the sides of the bottom glass or to the top of it? im thinking about attempting one. i was going to build a ply tank 5x3x2 but its a lot cheaper to do it in glass
