150 Gallon Stingray Pond

Im not 100% sure about this but, would not there be a problem with the room flooding should the power be turned off?

The stock tank and the filter tubs are at different levels, yet they are connected by water pipes.
It seems to me that if the power ever was turned off the water would seek it's own level and that would mean a mop and bucket would be needed before long as the stock tank drains out onto the floor.

Or am I wrong about that?

the water should not leak out if you set the intake and returns high on the pond. the only water that would leak out would be up to the level the the intake and return if your wet/dry filter is not capable of holding that amount of water.

cool set up but what are the dimensions of it 150 gallons seem way to small for aros or rays

2x on that. And it seems high, wich means less bottom and top area, and both of these fishes need alot of areal.

As I said before in this site there is so much innovative people here and I like most about it. So we could have nice plans then some usual boring plans. Nice work buddy.

For the flooding, the pipe draining to the sump is not that low, it looks like It would flood about 20-30 gallons but the tank wouldnt drain completely, normally on wet drys on tanks they siphon from the top of the water so in an outtage you wont lose much and depending on how low it is may not even overflow your wet dry.
