Also, I was looking at tanks made by dfwaqarium.com, but was wondering, what I the black thing in the middle? Are these tanks just for saltwater, and does it take up space or not really?
Agree looks like a built in, internal overflow box that drains to a sumpIt looks like an overflow, for sending water down to the sump.
Ok, but If I didn’t use a sump, would the tank still be ok?Agree looks like a built in, internal overflow box that drains to a sump
Definitely go for the 72x24x24 Bigger footprint, bigger volume.I have some bad news. I’m sadly not allowed to go wide than 18”, but if I get a 7 footer. However, I still should be able to get the 84x18x24 155 or the 72x24x24 180. If you had to pick, which one would be better? (Especially For A Potentially 16” Fish)
If I used canister filters instead, would the tank work or would you have to use the sump. Also, as I mentioned I’m not allowed to go 7 by 2, I can either get the 72x24 or the 96x18. Which one do you think would be better for a community tank?Definitely go for the 72x24x24 Bigger footprint, bigger volume.
