It depends how big he is when I get him. I plan on feeding him very well and keeping the water quality excellent so he may grow pretty fast. Ill definitely have some time though bc I will not be buying a full grown one. Plus the way I look at it as soon as he starts to get big. Ill have a very good excuse to start building a bigger tank

Also I got one of the stock tanks Plummed and I tested it and it is holding water. ( it wasn't easy ). I'm still not completely satisfied with it though so I may just go with it for now and build a sump later on to the exact specifications I want. But with that being said. I have to buy more concrete board and still have a lot of acid etching to do if I can just get a few hours during the day to do it

just a heads up I have started on the cement board and will try to be finished by the end of this weekend . As soon as this part is complete i'll be uploading pics . Also I am debating between pond armor and max acr . Anyone have any suggestions , Im planning on ordering it this weekend as well
