That is my budget I know I can really step it up some! I have 3 55's and a ten. I have a basement just screaming for tanks! I'm not ready for salt I don't think. What is the largest tank I could really set up right? I have parrots, o's, cons, africans, and next week I'm getting a red devil. Should I go for a pair of 180's? Do I have enough? Proly will go glass to maximize on size. room is of no issue. I have my own ideas but i bet you guys/gals have some good ones that i have not thought of.

I'd keep my eye on craigslist and ebay for a nice used 180g. A $2000 budget won't get you terribly far, so I'd hold off on a second setup at the moment.

Go to Glasscages.com .They have good deals on tanks IMO.They Have a few square tanks too. Those are the best.300 gallon sqaure for 600,thats retardedly cheap!!!!

thats bull****... im building my 310 gallon... and in total it will have cost me like 1000 euros... about 1300 dollars... and thats going from nothing to a full functioning stocked tank

If I were u I would go to a custom tank company... buy the glass off them and kit it up urself... that way u save tons of money. usually having them make the tank for u will cost u twice a much...
If you do this u could make urself a nice 300 gal tank if u want...

thats wat i wud do...

Dude, cinder block pond built right against the wall with a viewing window... you can go as big as you have wall space and it will cost less then a tank. Check out the DIY section for ideas... It's easier then you'd think...

Hardly bull**** my friend. Find me one person that has the means and knowledge to build their own tank and I'll show you 100 that don't. :)
