2 jardini in one tank?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Yea I guess I got a lucky (:
They look really nice together. So far I do see a bit of aggression but the 3rd jardini coming in and they break apart. The feeders help a bit they went after the feeder sometimes but they didn't eat any. Also they didn't fight as much because my big catfish go on patrol sometime xD that kept them from fighting. The big kitty is about 12" right now but the jardini won't fit in its mouth so I'm not too worry about that.
Yea I hope they get long when they get bigger xD the gamble is not over yet. It might be a long night tonight.

Looks like easy picking for that RTC

Be careful that rtc may not get one of those jars totally digested but itll have a good go "never trust a catfish" jars are quick though but when lights out comes the cats favourite everytime
What are they feeding on so far ? I was thinking maybe pellet training three could be easier once one takes some the others should should follow.

Yea definitely but so far I haven't see my rtc didn't do anything yet. My rtc is really friendly I have another 4" rtc tsn hybrid in there and they been living with each other for about two weeks already. My rtc tsn hybrid swim over up and down my rtc and he doesn't do anything. I train most of my fish to eat mostly raw shrimp from the market and freeze dried krills. I been trying to feed the Arowana food sticks but they just ignore it. They are ok with the dried krills sometime but really love my shrimps. But I'll be keeping my eyes on them for the next few week just to make sure that everything is ok

haha im not too worry about my RTC right now he really cool but not sure when he get bigger lol

Yeah no real reason to worry about the RTC eating the jars. I'm sure your LFS will sell you as many as you need.

3 is better than 2! Lol nice, I hope things go good for you, looks good so far, as others have mentioned, that catfish is already bigger and has a faster growth, so do be careful, all bets are off if it gets hungry at all and thinks it can fit a jar in, it won't hesitate to try even if it can't, which can lead to a pointless death. Just be careful. But your fish your decision lol, I hope things work out, look forward to the progression of this.
