200 dollars gott from dad that havent seen for 2 years

For real ...sleep on the floor if you have too. 200$ you could do allot with it. The fish are an after thought. Once you have the room, your options become greater and greater. Get at LEAST a 40 breeder 18"wide. You could do allot of single species for life in that tank. And if you want to breed, it will also be better. The list is ridiculous compared to the list of fish you can have in a 30. ten more gallons (but the dimensions are the key) Go to the goodwill and find something wood and sturdy enough to hold a tank, like a big coffee table or dresser that is big(you could use the dresser for your cloths and the tank!) Whatever you decide good luck dude!

hey conbreeder if i was you i would build a little pond in your yard maybe 150 gallons, and put anything you wanted in it

I grew my JD in a 30 until it hit 4" and it looked like it was in a 10 gallon by then. That took less than 6 months, and I was feeding 2x per day, water changes 1x per week. I was feeding hikari gold, frozen bloodworms, and red worms (earthworms).

Your feeding regimen and water change schedule will determine your growth rate significantly, of course stress levels and other variables will factor in as well.

i agree :)

those lucky b@stards!

If he's close to lower Michigan, someone is selling an acrylic 300g for $250. An extra $50 can be made in a day mowing lawns. I think the only thing wrong with the tank is a scratch in the back, which can be covered up or repaired.

That would be dope.....NO WAY ON THE 55 though....lol 12 inches wide:screwy: a 40 breeder has better dimensions, 18" wide! Used is the way to go if there are deals in your neck of the woods. I would pay allot for a 300+ used or not! C.B. If you get a bigger tank than me, before I do.....I would be happier than ****! Go for it man.
