2262 setup...finally ordered it

Got everything order except the poret foam....keeps saying my card cant be used wtf....I dont use paypal

If you are having problems with Swisstropicals, just shoot him an email. He will respond instantly (almost)
 
I just switched both of my 2262's and my FX5 over to straight poret. Also my Fluval 405's. Changing one of my sumps into an MB with poret also.

I just purchased a 2262 for my 150 as well.I went with 5 liters of ehfimech for the bottom,two inches of poret 20 ppi foam,two inches of 30 ppi foam and 8 liters of matrix,If I have room I will add a little eheim substrat pro as well.
 
So i have everything except the filter. What would be the best set up ?
From bottom to top :
Mech
10 ppi foam
20 ppi foam
Bio
30 ppi foam.

Was thinking that would be best and would stop any degrading bio media particles from getting into the impeller

Thoughts ?
