Considering selling my 240 gallon 8x2x2 glass tank. Want as little hassle as possible
Tank is holding water and has been for over 10 years. You may want to re seal it after transport. But the date in the photo is to confirm date with water inside the tank.
before tank is sold I will need to sell the oscars as well I have a total of 9 oscars one breeding pair of oscars within that group. I have no other tank to support them so you will need to arrange a buyer or purchase them in addition to the tank
Not splitting them so take all the oscars including the breeding pair for an additional $300 or find a buyer to bring with you.
the tank comes with two T5 shop lights
One FX5 cansiter filter full of cycled media
Two heaters one 300w one 500w
Two power heads and one wave maker
A home made stand I built with 2x4s approximately 36" tall so the tank would have a nice viewing height when you are standing up. The lids are a very snug fit made of green house pannels. The back is painted black
asking $700 for the complete setup. Again YOU will need to figure out a plan for the fish I want as little hassle as possible. The 9 Oscars including one breeding pair is an additional $300 I will not be able to assist you in lifting the tank bring 3-4 very strong people. I lifted it with me and one other but it was a nightmare. The tank is heavy. You will need a full sized pickup truck or some sort of Uhaul
pricing is firm any less and I will just deal with keeping the tank.
