29 Gallon Electric Blue Jack Dempsey & Pleco Tank

New pick up today! My Pleco collection has increased by one. I got this Blue Eyed Lemon Bushy Nose Plecostomus today. It is a male and has already started getting it's bristles. As soon as he left the bag he ran and hid so I will have some better pictures when I can catch him out and about.
two new additions to my obsession.... Polypterus Delhezi and Polypterus Ansorgii
I got smart after having my smaller Delhezi get eaten by the Ornate and I got a divider. Now the Delhezi has his own side to beef up so he can hang with the bigger ones. Eventually all of my Polys will be in the 225g once they reach decent sizes.
And I got a freebie today and I can never turn down a freebie. We got in a bunch of loose Java Fern that we did not order so I took it home. I just got it floating around right now, but it will soon be tied down to wood and dug into the substrate.

I didn't want to take too many pictures of the fish because of a recent Ich outbreak, but I finally got around to planting the Java Fern.
Sad update for me. The Ich got to be too much for some of my fish. The Clown Loach, Inspector Plecostomus, Clown Plecostomus, and Spotted Rubber Plecostomus are all gone. I was able to save my Electric Blue Jack Dempsey though for the 3rd time. The Blue Eyed Lemon Bristle Nose Pleco wasn't touch by it and my Polys didn't seem to get hit by it either. I've read that Polypterus are more resistant to Ich than most fish?
On the good side though, the surviving fish are looking good and have been eating and growing quite well. My Poly Ornate has grown a lot since I got him only a couple months ago. Anyway, I will snap some new photos once I assure the Ich is completely cleared up.
