Whach ya know bout that Kast? spottieottiedopaliscious!!!!

Everyone looks at me crazy when I break out the southernplayalisticadillacmuzik ot the ATLiens.

Side Note: Funny thing is.... I was just talking to a friends daughter about this this weekend. She listens to nothing but Lil' Wayne and Kesha. I asked her if she had ever heard "real" rap. I reached to the ole' CD case and was looking for one of two specific CDs. I had Pac on the ready. Her....."What the hell is this?"

Dang, how I miss them old days. I'm not gonna vote. There were too different as mentioned above. One was a poet, the other was a freestyle artist. I just can't compare them.

Side Note #2: Miss the old Busta Rhymes as well. That dude could flow. I don't compare him to Pac or BIG, but I love his albums.

Agreed....Im only 25 and when I talk wit younger people about music they wanna talk about gucci, waka, rick ross, and etc. I mean its like they dont know anything about actual "hip hop". Dont get me wrong some of the new stuff is ok, but most of it is jus repetition talkn about the same things over diff beats. Def love outkast, and busta had some great music in his day as well. I just thank God for youtube, cuz even if I have lost the old albums or wat not, you can find jus about anything on youtube.....:headbang2

I def gotta chime in on this one.....they are two comp diff rappers(back when it was actually hip-hop and not "pop rap"). Biggie IMO had better delivery I give him that, and he made more club bangers than Pac. But Pac was in another leaque in the aspect he touched alot more people. He was not only a rapper, but a Poet, and although Big was good at telling stories as well, Pac was something else. He stood for a movement and revolution and the way he spoke and rapped his songs is wat gives him the edge IMO. I love how he exposed the whole industry and put out there wat we "the public" are not able to see. But in the end doing so, also caused him his life.....dont wanna get to deep wit this, but it is wat it is. I love and respect Big but Pac overall was jus ahead of him. Both were very talented and GREATS and no will ever be able to bring wat they brought to the table.

+++++++1.

I also have to add that Snoops "Doggystyle" album is one of the best rap albums ever IMO. His new stuff has gone "pop" but that's just a sign of a talent that stays with the times. Keeps makin $$$...

Watch the WHOLE video...starts with biggie....ends with pac!

EAZY MOTHAPHUCKIN E. the alltime greatest hands down.

EAZY was a puppet.. ICE CUBE wrote most NWA's lyrics...

EAZY even acknowledged it on 8 Ball.. " "Ice Cube writes the rhymes, that I say"......lol

As for 2Pac or Big.... I'm a west coaster but I preferred Big over Pac...

Only thing I like from Pac was "Hit em up"

But for me it's ICE CUBE all day... "Death Certificate" album all day..

BAHAHA eazy said that??? HAHa thats like a palm to the face

the question is always have to ask everyone is are you refering to 2pac the PERSON or 2pac the rapper? 2pac the rapper mostly blew up AFTER his death. Biggie was actually big DURING his life FOR his music, not the other way around. The only reason i pick pac is i loved what the west coast movement was doin at the time while puffy had big goin in the direction of hip pop but who cares, even jay z did Sunshine and he hated it. i'm probably more likely to listen to an old school biggie cut then a pac cut
