LOL....Is that a functioning spigot? It would be neat if you could plumb it somehow so it would drain the tank for water changes.both.

Now you're just being ridiculous. 2 FX for a 3.5gal?....really?both.
WHOA. I believe the ever present motto around here is "never enough filtration."Now you're just being ridiculous. 2 FX for a 3.5gal?....really?
I would go 6, since its the latest and greatest. The 5 is soooooo passe
judging from OPs studio apartment reply here it does indeed work.LOL....Is that a functioning spigot? It would be neat if you could plumb it somehow so it would drain the tank for water changes.
I see a bottom reservoir. With a bit of modification it could be turned into a good bio filter: drill a bunch of holes, on the "inner" bottom, to maximize water flows; add a mini water pump to the reservoir, with an output tubing to go well beyond the gravel; fill the bottom reservoir with ceramic media.LOL....Is that a functioning spigot? It would be neat if you could plumb it somehow so it would drain the tank for water changes.

I actually thought about that after i set it all up.I see a bottom reservoir. Yes the spigot still works. The debri strainer it came with only let a few smaller rocks fall through and those wont cause any problemLOL....Is that a functioning spigot? It would be neat if you could plumb it somehow so it would drain the tank for water changes.
