going to have to measure when I get home. but below the weir is the acrylic piece it hits and then bounces in to the box so I have to raise it up to the same height as that ledge from the acrylic I think if that makes sense
Makes sense to me. It should quiet it down id think. Less travel from top to top of water = less water fall noise.
Cut two new pipes for the edrains in the overflow box and made them 3/4" longer and works like a charm now. I also turned the right pump up to the third setting and have the left at the second to try and see if that will help balance the overflow boxes and it seems that it has. I hope there's not to much current from the pumps for the future fish. My driftwood has been shaking in there even on the first setting so I'm a little nervous.
supposed to be picking up half a bucket of cycled put scrubbers from someone near me in exchange for some of my matrix and selling an old fx5.
How long do you think that would take to fully cycle the tank since I have started my seachem stability and on the 4th day? Will be checking water parameters tonight

I emailed with seachem about doing a fishless cycle. Told me the quantity to add and then use fish flake and allow it to break down. Said not to use ammonia when using stability that it will do itself. I just want to use the scrubbers to hopefully kick start it
If you add the scrubbies go out and pick up some fish. Giant danios....what evers cheap. The bb on the scrubbies will die off with out a food soource (ammonia)
