375 gallon glass tank build

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
That is by far the most awesome stand that has ever been. You sure Bob Vila ain't your daddy or maybe Norm Abram? Awesome job dude, two thumbs up.

I can't wait to see how you're gonna brace your floor too cause I'm wanting to brace mine for a larger tank I hope to get soon.

And I've got my fingers crossed for you on the intial fill too dude....good luck.

ran across this thread and loved the work
the detail on the stand is by far better than anything i have seen in any store

How much would you charge to build one of these?? Seriously

But i mus add that i was dissapointed to see that i went through 13 pages and the tank was not filled with water and fish but thanks for making this thread beautiful

THAT TANK IS LOOKING GREAT. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. PLEASE POST SOME MORE PICTURES WHEN IT ALL DONE.

Thanks again everyone.

Maddmaxx- I could fill the tank now, but probably won't fill it until I get it moved into the house. It isn't level where it sits right now in my garage, and I think the effort to level it before filling (the tank is heavy) would be a little more work than I want to put in for a test fill in the garage. I know that is putting a lot of faith in the tank holding water, if the first time I fill it is when it is in the house.

Pazzoman- It will be going in the living room of my house.

Eta on the move into the house?

looks great and i wish you the best of luck and i will try the same when my family and i move into our new home. if you have any ideas or suggestions on how not to go wrong that would be appreciated. thanks

Please start a new thread.

Let me know if you need help Mike.

fcamargo6thave- I appreciate your interest, but honestly I don't have the time to work on a similar project anytime in the near future. While I enjoyed the work, this project has taken a great deal of my time the past 2 months. I think my wife would divorce me if I started another one.

Lil_stinker- I hope to have the tank moved into the house within 2-3 weeks, and filled shortly thereafter. I am in the process of painting and laying new carpet in the room where the tank will go, so this will need to be completed before the tank is moved.

Bobby- Thanks for the offer. I think I am good right now, but will keep you in mind if I need help.

headlessblade- the silicone I used is GE RTV108
