Just seeing this thread now, but why didn't you add any unions to your plumbing? Looks like it's one giant fixed piece of PVC now. Glad you didn't have any leaks though, might not ever need to take it apart.

Also, what are you going to use for a battery backup? I need to get one for my new tank but haven't picked one out yet.

1st tank plumbing job, builder was supposed to do it - unions could have been good - plumbing pieces are cheap - i’ll put a pic of the job the builder did on other tank -

i did not plan on doing the plumbing it was whimsical- tired of waiting for builder -

eco tech battery back up for their pumps and wave makers
 
tank smells of glue / plastic - should i be worried?

could be new tank smell -

more progress- builder installed plumbing-

was not possible to get it into place with bulkheads sticking out bottom - thanks jason ?

anywho - had to cut my empty line - will have to put a fitting and glue later -

no time to work on this - my on demand water heater needs more power than i have and my auto top off water valve is leaking ?

maybe this weekend-

fluval 60” aqua sky right now - may need 2ea per tank - got a bunch from black friday....

got some shorter units 24”-36” in qt closet -

i’d imagine i’ll be robbing those for this tank -
