I hit a dead end with the distributor. The manufacturer does not sell the 1" links. I am going to try to talk to the actual manufacturer and loc-line as well....I WANT THOSE LINKS!

I got in touch with Pacific Coast Imports. They sell additional pieces to extend their flow accelerator! He is going to get the price per piece to me today or tomorrow.
Egon: which make/model do you have?
I'm not sure if these are the exact same as the ISTA brand I have on my 110g but they look identical. Looks like I am going to order 6 flow accelerators and 48 pieces of the modular tubing. Hope he doesn't gauge me on it! LMK how much you want.

He did say that the 1" accelerators used 3/4" modular hose but it isn't compatible with loc line. I am going to see for myself when I get home tonight.

LOL I love it!!!!!!!!!!! All winter long I have drift wood soaking in the deep end of my pool I'm glad to see someone else doing this, Helps me believe I'm not losing it

Update: got the background samples from Universal habitat. I am going with the marine background. The 480g is still sitting at the shop, patiently waiting its turn to be buffed and reinforced. I can't order the background until I build an overflow. So while I wait, I am going to build my wet/dry sump, install the whole house water filter, and drip/drain systems. Also, the driftwood is still afloat, lol

Wood floats forever. I am rethinking all my wood but I want it in the tank.
