Take the door frame off if you have to lol....at the very least I would say you need a 31 inch clearance and u will be good

what is your plan for filtration? i see you have it stood up on cinder blocks, you going to just use canisters?
Keeping the ehiem 2260 and fx5 on it ....fx6 will be moved to the 270 gallon once I set up my drip system and add my sump with laguna max flo 2400 pump ...
The sump will have plenty of bio media for when I add more fish down the line and I can increase the drip if necessary
