You have an amazing setup there, not just the tank but all of the RO equipment, and filtration as well. Those are some well loved fish :)

Where's the pond going....

Are you moving or using what space is left in the garage?

wow thanks for the filtration setup explanation and update. Looks amazing Jenn! Congrats

Thanks! It was a lot of work to put together the R/O system, but so worth it! Now I just need to get a better membrane that can put out more gallons per day. :)

We're gonna be moving eventually when we either find a great place to rent, but hopefully something we're going to buy. It will be probably a year though.

Can't believe I missed this thread:nilly: Your tank looks amazing. Love the big cats. :headbang2

Thanks. BTW, the big pleco was so happy to get rid of the big cats out of the 180. Now he rules that tank.

thank you. :) I've been promising to get those up, and finally had a moment. Have to admit though, I still have Christmas boxes that haven't been put up from spending so much time doing fish stuff. I'll try to get a feeding video up eventually.

Fantastic Setup. I want that volume but outside 1/2 above ground 1/2 in ground concrete/glass pond :grinyes:

15" in the ground and 15" out?

for more R/O production check with water treament companies they make units that supply water for your whole house instead of the smal units that produce a drip at a time

Great tank, I wish I had the space to do something like that.

It took us time to get here. This is the first time we've had really had room for anything larger than a 120, and its still tight. The landlord never did move his car, but we opted to stay until we're in a more permanent home. Don't want to have to move this tank and another 150 fish more than once!

As for the R/O, the stuff for your whole house is not as fine of a filtration as what I'm using for the fish. The thing is, is that its already 1/2 and 1/2. I've got to figure out the capabilities of the auto water change system that the tank came with. I would be so happy to get that all hooked up.
