To everyone else,

You are confusing him. His stock list of two bp's and a rainbow that he now wants will work just fine in this tank. Do him a favor and stop giving other suggestions as you are not helping him right now. Unless you have something else to say about the BP's and a rainbow in this tank together I would just save it.

I was merely giving him an option of a small Cichlid. Not trying to confuse him at all.

Some people said that I could not get convicts.

I suggested Cryptoheros because most of them are not as aggressive as Convicts. A Honduran Red Point could work as they're not as aggressive either. Just giving you options to look at that will keep your bio load down and something easy to manage. Rather it be a couple Rainbows or some other less aggressive dwarf cichlid, you'll be ok. Rainbows are beautiful fish as well. If that's what you fancy, go with it. Good luck with whatever you decide.

Do not kill me but. I went to my lfs today and they did not have rainbow cichlid. So I got a 4 and a half inch fire mouth and 4 3 inch giant danios. for diver fish. The BP is sucking or lipping the FM a little. But that happend to my other BP when i first got it. The BP are more aggressive than the fm. there are no major problems though. They should be okay. They should be Okay tough.

I thing the BP stopped. I think the biggest BP was checking him out. there is a hiding spot too. nobody is bothering the Gian Danios though. But they look cool when they school. They were meant to be dither fish.

2 BPs and a firemouth will be fine in a 60g just dont add anymore fish, good luck.
You may get away with a few pictus cats but thats it.

36 inches long and 24 inches tall and 18 inches in depth. The fire mouth is being bullied by The BPs again. I have a huge hiding spot. I will send pics soon. I have 4 giant danio too. So I can not get anymore fish. Any suggestions for aggression. The people at my lfs told me that the Fm might be a bully. Most people would think a FM would bully BPs not the other way around. will it stop I do not want to give away the FM. Any suggestions???? HELP!!!!

The BPs only bully fish 3-6 inches. They will not bully community fish. Nor fish much bigger than them. just fish around there size. They had big JD at my lfs. Well i got tempted to buy one. but i did not. will a jD work or is it to big and aggressive.

They will not bully 3 inch giant danio. They will only bully robust fish. I am pretty shur a JD will not work. Sorry for the dum question. Thanks!!!!

Wouldn't put a jd in with bp's.
No more fish for you...
BP's cant actually do much damage but can stress a fish out, re-arrange your tank decor and see if that helps, if not then you will probably need to return it.
