Guys Ken had some grow out male when I talked to him last week. I pulled the biggest of a spawn and sent them to him. I dont see them on his list you may want to ask.

Chris I got some great fish in. Make sure you keep a 75gl or so I will you some soon
 
Any one got a female for Jeff I will trade you for her. They are form different parents. I am sure I have somthing you would like

I never read Jeff's stocklist, this guy just said he was charging $50 a head for chancho's assuming Jeff doesn't ship fish 6"+ he'd still be much better off growing them out and saving $.

all I have to say about that is get what you like, not whats cheapest. These fish have potential to live 10-15 years and will be taking up 200gallons of tank space, food, electricity, and so on..
 
I dont know if Jeff is over priced, he also had smaller chaco its just i really want them around 5 or 6 so i dont have to worry about them being more suseptable. Has anyone heard of liveaquariu.com? Are they pretty good? Ill probalby wait and save up to get this, and then a 100 gallon or so and buy a smaller group of fish from Rapps.

When having fish shipped its honestly easier to deal with smaller fish since they make less waste. Never heard of that site. I would never buy fish online aside from the trusted vendors on here/other sites and www.aquabid.com
 
I am interested in the A. Chanco species after reading what you guys have posted. I have inquired with FishFarm about the possibility of obtaining some grow outs.
 
right now im thinking of dropping the A Chanco, i mean he is cool, and will probalby be in my 280 gallon that i plan to make after this. So right now heres what im thinking. Of doing a Freddy and a Mota. or a Mota and a RTM or somthing.
