That looks like the Tetra sticks/Jumbo Min I used to feed years ago.It would break up when the fish munch on it and it would dye the tank water

I never got that far to let them melt. When the fish didn't eat them right away, I took them out.
These were hungry fish. Our power had been off & they didn't eat yesterday.

I promised to take my wife out to eat. Time to go shave.
Since I retired, I tend to go full-letterman unless there's a reason.
Like food.
Cheers!

Hotdogs for dinner i hope?

Oh I didn't wait around with them, the soft mushy pellets had no chance against my big greedy fish. They exploded at impact like tiny submarines lol!

Well if hot dogs are bad for your fish shouldnt beefheart be that? Mamal as malal.
Yup, beefheart is now generally considered bad for fish.

I'm not sure if there's any actual science to back up that "Feeding land animal meat to aquatic animals is bad for them" claims though. So I'm skeptical it matters in moderation.

I think it was already quite evidently established that hot dogs are best swimming in a fish tank with some blueberries following  Problem is catching them before the fish do :naughty:

What I can't figure is, why blueberries with hot dogs as opposed to cherries or bananas? Because my O Brick loves bananas!!! He'd gulp a whole one if I let him. :grinno:

Plus, aren't Pacu's more of a "cantaloupe" fish? People need to get their fruit straight! :headbang2

LOL yeah.

I retired because of bad eyesight and not because of mental infirmity. ( I have intraocular lens transplants and now I see much better.)

For 22 years I was #3 guy in a group of Consulting Engineers. I had to teach all the young engineering technicians and EITs to follow procedure, and use the computer system that I built.

Literally.

I was the guy who screwed motherboards onto the chassis, mounted the power supplies, configured the BIOS, specified the router, and crawled through the attic pulling network cable.

I was mr. "Oh crap! The printer just quit ....ahhhh my mouse is not working...is the internet down? How do you work this new scanner? I think my monitor just died. How come the printer won't take 48 by 36 paper sideways? Can you get in here? I've got a virus!"

Ahhhhh...blessed retirement!
I still have all kinds of computers to play with and I don't have anybody screwing them up!

Does this mean you like hot dogs fried, grilled, or boiled? I'm single minded and stubborn
