Thanks Rob! I still can't believe the Tanzies are keeping up with the Gatf in growth. Have to agree, their tails are definitely something else, but it seems only the dominant fish's tail shows true color. Might be an odd coincidence, but seems there's only one vibrant tail at a time, and if that one is traded off or killed by a ray, another one steps up and fills the role. Possible? OR crazy overactive imagination?

Unfortunately most of the fish in the tank have tattered dorsal fins. Think I'm going to get an 8' tank set up for the Tigers. Going to try adding some more Dithers and maybe the little Vs once it's going. Need the Tiger's 6'er for the Armatus.

Gonna take a better look when i get home, but the tigers look flawless, very nice work ... looks like you found some fish that LOVE your water! Lol!

They look great. Any sparring or jousting? When I had my 4 VATFs there was definitely a pecking order. More so as they got bigger. The submissive would always have some type of slash or torn fin as the alpha always asserted his dominance. Within the year your GATF will out grow the others and you'll have to start planning what to do when they start getting beat up. Especially if he assumes the alpha role.

and oh btw. your tank is filthy you really should clean up that one little speck of dirt on the bottom...... lol

All of these tigers look fantastic! I'm really liking the wide tail on the GATF. Do I see a second goliath in one of those pics, I thought you just had the one?

Thanks man! This tank is just 1 GATF, 2 Balas, 3 Tatf, a masher and a pair of lil lady Marbles....

Only have one Gatf right now, but may get another to raise with the smaller Tigers.

These guys will be moving to a 8' tank in the very near future. Likely a ray free tank so I can see if the little Tigers will play nice with the bigger Tigers.

They look nice:thumbsup:

Thanks.....

The Ts have been fighting more since the shoal was downsized. I made the mistake of trading one to Rob and a ray got one, so since there's only 3 they fight a bit more, but nothing compared to my Vs. May try to add a few more Ts and see if they go back to behaving.

Actually the Ts have almost caught the Gatf that I swore was big enough to eat them when introduced to the tank. This is Adamson's old Gatf. It was almost twice the size of the Ts when they arrived from Wes. Not sure if you can see from the pics but the GATF always has damage from the Ts. Has always been this way. I'm not overly concerned if the G ever decides to sprout a pair of balls, there's plenty of room for him to run from the Wolves in the big tank. So far they've been fine with all their tank mates, so I'm hoping it won't be a big deal.

Really like the tigers Alan. I'm still waiting for you to combine them with the odoe:)
