i was always wondering why stores sold fish food.. i thought it was just to stick it to the customer.. i wonder if he fed his fish screen saver.. i bet that fried his computer monitor.

I was completly dumb founded!!!! I said "your kidding...right?" He looked at me like I was being an ass when I said that.
He challenged me when I told him that I would not replace it. He said something like "your gaurantee should cover this, you didn't explain the care of this fish to me when I bought it" & "the guy at "J@(ks pets" (local lousy chain) said I didn't need to feed my fish if I had live rock in it" or something like that. He had 4 or 5 piece of live rock in a 120.
My response was " it's common sence that a living animal needs food, I can't believe that anyone would think that they didn't need to feed thier pets, my gaurantee doesn't cover fish loss due to starvation or other similar kinds of stupidity"
He was pissed and stormed out, doubtfull he'll be back. (GOOD!!!) If he hadn't turned into such a jerk, I would have worked out a deal of some sort with him but when I start getting told how I "should" run my business and that the local "experts" who told him that he didn't need to be feeding his fish know what they are talking about or they wouldn't be in business so long etc...etc...etc.... Screw "em, I don't need the agravation.
