Chelsea check out my diet...

I'm 6'2...I haven't weighed in a while...I just eat clean and judge by how my clothes fit. Sleeves get loose...I up the calories...pants get tight...I limit the carbs.

This is basic maintenance. If I am truly trying to bulk...I will dirty it up some.

This is what I am doing now...

weight loss is dependent on calories....

I eat foods that are negative caloric foods.

The amount of energy it takes to process the green beans is more then what the green beans contain. Same thing with the cabbage. Except I soak the cabbage with mustard and ketchup.
