TFD usually has them in the spring. They usually put them on Aquabid. Mine was purchased from them by my LFS. I contacted TFD first and they gave my LFS a good price so I got a good deal on him.
Here is mine 14" and growing fast.

Awesome fish! Alot of info in here! much needed! finally got mine today! ATM my lil' guy is in a 20H thats planted pretty much to the brim. feeder guppies ( which have been well established) and MTS snails up the wazzo for him to pick at. Once he settles in abit I've got a 55 ready to cycle for him. also got a nice batch of black worms ( what he's been eating the past week at the LFS)
