Awesome. Yea I googled that stuff and it looks like a real winning tool. Gonna grab some while im out tomorrow. If I added that, and left the tetras in, would enough good bacteria form to support both?
One last question. For my filter I am running a Fluval 305 and when I clean it I normally just rinse the sponges real good until the water coming out is clear and clean, and then I leave alone the other side where the carbon and bio balls are. Should I rinse that section or only rinse the sponge to keep whatever good bacteria is on all of that?
