AC vs. Whisper: Why Whisper sucks.

IDK... They only sell them here in wal-marts I think, so might be too crappy to export.

That being said AC's are the best HOB

well I had a 5-10 AC in a 10 gallon, and when I was using it after a short period of time the box that you put the bio media kept on coming up. like the water used to force the box up after a few days of me installing it. I dont know if I did something wrong or what. the filter is sitting there along with 13 others that I dont longer use, but I will make sure to go buy the 110 to add with the eihem and the powerheads in my 150 g.

Yes, you and I know that, newbs don't. Also wanted to explain WHY there is a difference, for people that don't know. Everyone knows a porsche is good. A lot less know the difference in HOB filter quality.

yup i totally agree too! ac filters are the best hob filters... simply.

I got a 75 from a friend last yr that had 2 whispers on it. Till I had the time to change em I kept 110 media in there to make an easy transfer when I did get em.

I use one as a breeding cave for brichardi now...
