I'm Going to buy a 50 gallon cichlid tank and I wanted to have a jaguar cichlid, a red devil, a jack dempsey, and a red tiger oscar and I wanted to know if they would be compatible I know they would fight alot but as long as they don't kill each other i'm fine with it.

50 gallons is only big enough for a Jack Dempsey. To keep all the fish you want,a 180 gallon would probably be a good start.

Unfortunately thats really not a big enough tank for any one of those fish alone, but with optimal everything and a rigorous maintenance schedule , the dempsey could live in it.

If you cant get a bigger tank, there are some good options available for some cool cichlids that are just as interesting as the ones youve listed.

is this a serious question? No, you cannot put any of those fish in a tank that size. A dempsey would work for a while, but will eventually need a bigger tank.

I think they would get along pretty decent but if you did that I would watch the devil and jag real good they can have a real meaness, but every fish is different, as to 50g tank does seem a little small but read my thread on (crazy stocking??). I have 125g with way more fish (large) in the tank that get along great with no probs.

dont compare a 50 to a 125. 4 ft tank? With those fish? I mean...Im trying to not get the mod squad after me for language but come on, do you read or know anything?

A couple months ago i had this plan. I was thinking of getting a green terror, jaguar, red terror, oscar, 5 pimelodus pictus, a severum and some clown loaches. But i changed my mind and went with a solo Green terror and Polypterus delhezi. Trust me, no ammount of filtration unless the sump is about twice the size of the tank can handle that bioload, plus all of those fish get all over a foot long, a 50g tank is 12" wide being very uncomfortable for them turn around. I say if you want that stock list, get at least a 300g with a 55g or more sump. But the Jag and Red devil will constantly fight and they will both try to kill the oscar. I say get a 200g and get some synspila, oscars, pimelodus etc.

Good luck

Your set-up will only temporarily work while these cichlids are very small. Even then you will probably lose one or two. This may work as a grow out tank for a few months but not as a life-long tank. The Dempsey is your best bet for a suitable fish for that size tank. But it will eventually require something larger. I would go with some other smaller cichlids that would live a long time in a 50. Check out the CA/SA sticky for a few examples.
