Agressive Cichlid Tank

i thought id tell you what ill have in a 100gallon, it has eveything to do with this thread. this thread is about stocking a tank with chichlids. my post was about stocking a tank with chichlids. jeesh y so rude.

im not putting in the Adonis catfish so ill have 42 inches of fish in the tank. thats more than the 1 inch of fish per gallon rule. thats more than 2 gallons per inch of fish

Jf you are stocking a tank with fish larger then 2-3" the "One inch per gallon rule" is completely worthless.

You don't seriosly believe you could put eight 12" oscars in your tank do you? Yet I'm sure 100 neon tetra would do fine.

50 gallons is only big enough for a Jack Dempsey. To keep all the fish you want,a 180 gallon would probably be a good start.

Even in a 180 gallon that red devil will still kill the rest of those fish.
