I'd say wait and go with her for the first time. It'll show a level of commitment to her, that you are willing to forego your immediate desire to share the experience with her. It's not like it's a limited time showing, the aquarium will be there for many years to come and you'll have plenty of fishgeek time to go by yourself and concentrate on singular displays to your hearts content.

This situation shouldn't cause any confusion! You need to wait and go with your significant other. I would be very upset if my hubby went without me. That should be a first time experience for both. You will have many opportunities to go on your own. Don't be selfish

Go the first time together, just try to get her to move her timetable on it up. Then you can go whenever you want by yourself, you've already shown what is most important to you. And don't try sneaking off and not telling her like some have suggested, she will find out. After 20 years of marriage I've discovered that they will find these things out, especially since you won't be able to resist coming on here and telling everyone about it.

btw, I voted go by yourself. It's like when i went to the georgia aquarium. I wanted to spend 3 hours at each exhibit, but my sister and brother couldn't stand looking at anything for more than 5 minutes. Go first, walk around to your hearts content, and then take her
