"Causing controversy" is a relative term. You get a room full of people who truly care for their RTCs, and say you're going to keep one in a 180, even though you know it's wrong. You're causing controversy, inciting argument, just for the heck of it. To me, that is "trolling," and coincidentally, it fits quite well within your definition. However, I guess you never actually responded to my first well-constructed response, so I'm not sure why I'm still trying to convince you with another one.

I did read it, actually. I just did later because I had to leave to pay a visit to an LFS in the middle of writing my post.
Amusement does come in all forms, but posting on a forum for amusement isn't the same thing as trolling a forum for amusement.
A case where someone would keep an rtc in a 180 is a case of stupidity and negligence, not trolling. If they were lying about keeping an RTC in a 180 it'd be trolling, but a troll wouldn't go out, spend the $$$ on a 180 and an RTC just to piss someone off on the internet unless they happen to be trolling Chris-chan, but that's a very particular case.

I'm not saying you're lying - but I seriously doubt MFK gets trolled and I think you're just confusing idiots with trolls. You're right, I don't have the experience as an MFKer, so I might be surprised, but I do have experience as a troll. I know what kind of people and places trolls go after and MKF is not one of them. Yeah it might generate a hee hee or a ho ho here and there due to what you're saying, but trolls would still be very rare.

Nice looking tank.I'm surprised the fish put up with the plants.
It's overstocked,nun the less.A 125 would be perfect.The O is already too big for a 55 IMO.Upgrade to a larger tank,or re-home the oscar.The 2 JD's will get be OK in there for awhile,but 2 of them will need a 75 or 90,IMO.
I am suprised your filtration keeps up with such messy fish.How often do you do water changes?

No one is trolling; they're just using the word "troll" as an accusation in hopes the person they don't like gets banned. I see it all the time on websites that don't get trolls often and the members and the moderators don't quite know what a troll is or how to identify one.

As an actual troll on other websites, I find it entertaining. :popcorn:
I didn't come here to troll though, topic goes back to fish?
