Lol, right now, it's just a temporary pool. My dad wanted me to have a temp thing set up first before I decide to make something more permanent. I'll have the permanent pond made before the summer is over though.;) Lol, here is the temp setup, nothing special:

Yeah, took a pic before I put her in the pond, but I lost that camera, lol. I have a few older pics though. I gotta get her a big boy.:nilly: I swear, it's almost impossible to find a male red terror in the Central Valley.

throw in a few midas cichlids to help spred out aggression and i'd say your good add some large barbs mabye but with the right Decor your probably fine any way in a large pond like that

Lol, another thing about lfs, some of the workers tend to take the best fish home right out of the bag. >.< That's why I wanna work at an lfs, lol, just to get first dibs. I hope I can find a local breeder, but yeah, the Central Valley is very limited compared to Nor Cal and So Cal. And yeah it is that hard, lol, I have been looking for one ever since I got her. I actually picked her up because she was the only one who had a shot at being a male, but it turned out that she was a female, lol.

I agree with extra cichlids thrown in the mix to dispearse the aggression.:)

This vid is a 1000g tank.(your pond would have a better footprint than this)As you can see it seems to work pretty well. The Umbee is the only one I would be unsure of.It is the sort of thing I am aiming for when I build my ply tank of 1140gal.Minus the RTC and replacing the silvers with a Jardini.
