Am I playing with too much fire?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Of the 4 you named the red terror would be ,on average, the slowest growing. keep that in mind. you may want to give him/her a head start with size possibly throwing in a 7 incher along with 3 inchers of the other fish. In a pond that size his aggression would not matter.

I agree with extra cichlids thrown in the mix to dispearse the aggression.:)

This vid is a 1000g tank.(your pond would have a better footprint than this)As you can see it seems to work pretty well. The Umbee is the only one I would be unsure of.It is the sort of thing I am aiming for when I build my ply tank of 1140gal.Minus the RTC and replacing the silvers with a Jardini.

Geez, all the fish in there are monsters. :WHOA: I would have to really upgrade my filtration if I want to do something along those lines. As to the red terror male, I just hope that I can find one that size.

Argh, it looks like I'm going to have to try to get in on a group order.:nilly:

man if you was nearer to me i have a killer 11 inch red devil here in a tank by himself that would love the chance to swim in your big pond

my kids call him chicken skin and the name stuck

and i learned that kittens will get into the fish food if left where they can get to it
