Since all the Amphilophines look similar, are so closely related, having almost the same number of bars, same size, but can vary greatly color even within a same species there is no way for me to tell with only a photo.
And it seems the basic color of tank is grey, surrounded with grey walls, no doubt the cichlid will attempt to match its background
If you got it from a reputable dealer, take their word, but otherwise its a toss up, especially with all the random amateur hybridizers turning in mutts to L.F.S.s these days.
