Okay Lupin, I have a big problem then. Medicating the tank will be no problem except for the brown bullhead catfish. It is a scaleless fish. I know I read that Clout can't be used with scaless fish. Any suggestions?

Well I picked up some Jungle Parasite Clear Tank Buddies today.
Pulled my carbon out, did a 50% water change and added one tablet to the tank.
It says it's made to remove anchor worms and WalMart had it so I thought I'd give it a shot since this issue needs to be dealt with promptly and waiting for shipping wont work.
What I did to remove the worm was get a small cup of salt and mix in a little water, get a Q-tip covered with salt, rub it on the worm and pinch that sucker with tweezers, it eventually releases pretty easily without leaving any visible wound on the fish, however Sunny does favor his one fin as he did from the first worm removal on the other side, he will recover though, poor guy.
Now 48 hrs till I can do dose #2.

The worst parasite I have ever had was ich, it took me at least 10 years to get that.
I brought home a turtle no problem, second turtle no problem. Then the third spread it to the fourth turtle on the way home BAMMM!!! Leeches, leeches, LEECHES!!! I have never had parasites with any of my turtles since I started as a kid!!! That was in June of this year. Aquarium salt eliminated the problem on contact.
Then Big Blue brings the anchor worm in. I thought it was a scratch from pulling the fish in. So now I am in the same position as you, but not as bad. Based on what you are telling me, I will have the same problem as you soon.
