Angelfish Spawn!

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
ok thats what i figured.....that the danios would eat them once they became free or the danios would get killed....i thought about the other angel but also didnt think that they would kill him due to the pair have bred several times in the tank before i picked it up and would think it would be one of theirs from a previous batch of fry....thanks

The only problem with the other little angelfish in there is that once a brood of eggs get's big enough the pair will ditch that brood in-order to lay another. If that Angelfish goes near the new eggs it is a goner... IMO...

Thanks guys.....now new prob kinda.....just came home from dinner and looked in the tank and well no eggs anywhere ive noticed, where could they be. no fry swimming anywhere. what could be going on....thanks

yeah everywhere.....i fed the tank alittle today and then ill feed them in about 15 min but would the angels let any other fish get neer the eggs?

In my opinion, the parents probably ate the eggs. The tank is just to stressful of an environment for the angelfish to raise a brood. It could be from the danios, people constantly walking by the tank or like most angelfish they probably just didn't understand how to care for the eggs properly.

Give them a week and they should breed again. It will take MANY times for the parents to figure it out.

MORE EGGS!!!!!! AHHHHHHHhhhhh!!!!!! NEED MORE TANK SPACE!!! AHHHHhhhh!!!
