I have a friend who thinks aquariums "smell". I tell him that the aquarium water is higher quality than our tap water, and that the carbon in the power filter removes odor and is changed monthly. I think he is retarded.

I have the same problem, my roommates think that by not listening to me when I say don't mess with my tank it means "feed them feeders that haven't been treated every time I'm away at class because it's fun to watch them eat" It gets really annoying because they always mess with stuff and I spend so much time/money into getting things right that they can ruin it in a few short minutes
i live on a university campus so i often get dumbass drunk students asking stupid questions... the most annoyin question I get is:

I have a friend who always insists on poking the glass to make my ropefish move around. (He calls it a snakefish.) The last time, I threatened to stick his head in a bucket of my water change excess. He stopped after that.
