Nitrite - .25ppm
Ammonia - .50ppm
Nitrate - 0ppm

it got some redish or pinkish color near the tail too

Sounds like ammonia burns to me , do 25% wc daily ,keep the tank oxygenated well and add prime dosed as suggested on bottle , make sure your new water is pretreated with prime and temp is close as poss before adding , don't touch the filter at this stage since you've already cleaned it recently , lights out and no feeding for now so no more waste is created.
Keep testing before your wc's to see how bad ammonia is before and few hours after to notice changes.

Is adding prime directly to the tank affect the fish? Seems like everytime I add prime or quickstart the fish acting all werid n stuff. Can I just do water change n add prime to the water I'm putting in help detoxify the ammonia in the tank? Is it oky to do water change every 2 day so I won't stress it and can i feed a little bit in the morning and night because it still a baby like 4".
 
Do wc's daily until ammonia drops , do smaller if you think it's causing stress ,feeding only adds to the ammonia causing an uphill battle so less is better.
As for prime once the whole tank has been treated measured appropriately you only need to treat the volume you've taken out/putting back in ,try and pre mix this in bucket or add it when filling tank back up so it mixes properly
 
K I'll start doing water change daily tomorrow. Hopefully I'm not too late cause I'm in bed already and cant to do it now. Lol. I'll try to feed it less amount than normal.
 
Just keep it to a minimum for now your jar prob won't eat anyway due to stress to it just ends up causing waste in the water , let me know how you got on

Thnx will keep updating this till the water quality and my jardini in good shape! Gnite and thnx again for the advise!!
 
Here's my test for today. Seems,like everything so high ima change 20% water today.

Ammonia - .25ppm
Nitrate - 0.50 ppm

Nitrite - 1ppm
Ammonia - .25 ppm
Nitrate - 5.0ppm

Sounds like your tanks going through a nitrate spike probably caused from cleaning your filter out too much BB has been lost , you need to get the nitrates level down asap have you been using prime when doing wc's ? Try increase the wc's to 50% .
How's the jar doing ?
