He is living in a 140gal tank right now and he needs a little more room. I will also have a pleco in there and POSSIBLY a nice catfish that I have seen in a local pet store.

avidly reading all plywood builds, one day when im a bit braver i is gonna build me a tank. oh and the small problem of being told that there must be room for furniture in the lounge :) Top build and looking forward to the fibreglassing :)

I know exactly what you mean.....I really wanted to build bigger, but there wouldn't be enough space for a sofa, and the wife would of had something to say about that :grinno:

What is that fish? A SMB or LMB?

He is a LM Bass. He was a skinny little 9 inch bass when I caught him and brought him home (almost exactly 2 years ago) and now he is somewhere near 14 inches. When I move him to his new tank I will weigh and measure him.

Well, after a long and sticky day, the fiber glass work is done. We applied minimum 2~3 layers of glass on all surfaces and then applied several more coats of resin just to make sure.
I still have to trim all the excess glass material, but will do that when it's had more time to cure.

It's Saturday night here, I'm off out for a beer or 2

Well, that is pretty cool. What I meant by it's not cool is that you have introduced species in Korea.

Are you going to colour the inside or keep it opaque like that?
