Firstly, what is the purpose of your trip over here (holiday or business), what time of year will you be coming, and what sort of things interest you?

my advise is get the train out of it and go somewhere decent.

Other than what's already been said to see in London i'd say get out of London as much as possible! (horrible place, don't like going there unless i really really have to)

A guy i work with has done both the Tower of London and Norwich Castle and said Norwich Castle was better, if you came up this way on a day trip, plenty of broads and river tours here too and Norwich is one of the UKs best shopping citys if that was going to be part of your trip over here.

hmm you should visit the london dungeon and go to madam tussaudes and planetarium. london aquarium is ok..not that impressive...get yourself up on the london eye and go to the museums and stuff...natural history museum and stuff. your best bet is to travel by tube, its really quick and convenient, and cheaper too.go to leicester square, its amazing there, one of my favourite places and oxford street is only 5 minutes walk away.

Dunno much about sailsbury. I know it's got a good cathedral. I imagine windsor will be going to windsor castle.
If that's the case, your going to want to go to windsor castle... its huge, very old, kept nice because its still occupied, one of many official residences of the queen.

No idea what is at bath other than some roman baths. Bath is not too far away from me.

I'd heard that the Roman baths at Bath were over priced and and a bit boring and that's about all Bath has to make it famous. I might be wrong but still might want to check into that before wasting a day there.

Been a while since there was a UK meet and don't think there's been a properly organised one down south so could do a London one with a visiting MFK celebrity
