Any one knows what've happened to the Petsmart Frontosa??!!

Hells no, they're not worth it! Not when I can buy some in chinatown for like $8 or $9 a piece. :screwy:
 
One other thng to concider with a chain this large is supply...they want to keep fish they can sell but also ones they can get on a regular basis.

I was just getting on to correct my spelling...Obliqudens is what they are :) There is no label made for them though....Are they any good? Cool to keep? Ask the manager to order you some pikes....My store said they would order me an aro :WHOA:

They're Victoria Basin cichlids. Treat like mbuna. I sure as hell wouldn't pay the price my store wants for them though. Not when I can get them for like $4 elsewhere.
 
Fishes I ever bought @ Petsmart are 1 Oscar, 1 6 1/2 stripes Frontosa, and 1 8 in. Red Bay Snook. Most of their fishes are way over priced.
I visit them once a week or 2 just because I like to look @ the Oscar, Frontosa, Flowerhorn, the 8 in. Red Bay Snook, and the gold fishes. But now, all my favorites are gone except the Oscar and gold fishes. May be I should not waste my time and gas to go any more.
 
I truly hope they never get arowana at that place! and I agree, most people that get fish from PetSmart arent going to pay that much for a fish.
 
yeah people wont pay 24 99 for fronts. i dont wanna see 40 $ arros or 30$ discus...mine stop selling "trimacs" and are stopping selling fronts too..i think petsmarts should just stick to the more common stuff. just my .02
 
don't even worry. they weren't worth it anyways
