What kind of dishes can I make outta this guy?? Soups? Stir Fry? Deep Fried? Grilled? I was leaning towards Hot and Sour Soup,............ any input?

herbs and spices, sprinkle some diced garlic and 10 mintues before its done place a very light spread of mayo and deep fried onions fries on top!

Deep fried using rice flour ... 2cups rice flour one 12 oz can soda water mix well, put a lil dry rice flour on plate roll in the dry then in to the batter and deep fry add lemmon to taste after cooking
