Me and my bf mix breadcrumbs and egg and sometimes gralic salt and oldbay together and dip the fish in it and pan fry it =] itssss really tasty and flavorfull. Also we take white rice and make egg rice out of it, put white rice on a pan on the stove, throw in some butter so it doesn stick and put 3-4 eggs in and mix it good in the rice, add some more butter and garlice and some peeper... it taste super good with fish.

For a big guy like that?! Time to chop it down and have some good old fashion Fish N' Chips.

With salmon and tilapia I've done this... coat the fillet with a red pesto (the one by Classico is good) and bake it at 350 for the standard time.

It tastes awesome!

Usually I just cover the fish with tons of spices, wrap it in foil, and BBQ it.

sounds good enuf to try,........ thanks

My favorite way to cook hyrbid and stripe besides deep fried is on the grill. I use those clamps you put the fillets in so you can turn it easy.

I season with a little salt and pepper, fresh mint, and cook with whole orange slices....YUM!

orange slices are good, lemon is better!!! My stomach is growling now

BTW, have you eaten that bad boy yet?

Filleted then grilled on medium hot grill. Grill must be very clean and lightly oiled before using or fish will stick. Pat fillets dry and lightly rub with mix of red pepper flakes, fresh ground black pepper, and a touch of dried tarragon, then drizzle over with good extra virgin olive oil that has been mixed with a little lime juice, cayenne pepper, and a bit of dijon mustard. Use extra wide metal spatula to turn fillets.
Place fish on grill, close cover. After 2-3 minutes open cover and brush with more oil mixture, Close cover and wait 2 more minutes (about). Flip fish and brush with more oil, cook 2 minutes covered, then brush again. Cook 1-2 minutes more until done.

half of one fillet is gone,.......... baked with lime, spices and herbs until almost cooked,........... then put in a pan with beer mixed with oyster sauce, fish sauce and chopped garlic,........... let simmer until fully cooked.

got a plate of steamed rice and poured the fish with the juices right over the rice. De-friggin-licious :naughty:
