I'm just messing with you. I do not eat fish or mayo, lol that is just what went through my head. I am however a former chef so....I would say my favorite preparation would be blackened.....

but yeah, I agree with the no mayo on fish. I like mine baked or, depending on the fish, grilled with lemon and spices in an aluminum blanket :drool:

Yes former chef.....I worked under Chef Robert Miller at the Oyster bay, And I was the food and beverage director at a large hotel that did major confrences....And that would be an aluminum "tent".....

I've had this before, one of my favs. BBQ grill though,....... not indoor or Gearge Foreman

From the size of it, all of the above! Fish chowder is always a favorite of mine...
 
With salmon and tilapia I've done this... coat the fillet with a red pesto (the one by Classico is good) and bake it at 350 for the standard time.

It tastes awesome!

Usually I just cover the fish with tons of spices, wrap it in foil, and BBQ it.
