Any smokers? Need advice.

Since Ecigs are fairly new don't assume they are any safer than regular smoking. One of the main ingredients in ecig is ethylene glycol which is a toxic chemical.

This is complete regurgitated bull****. I visit my companies juice lab and all employees have food handlers permits, lab permits (even though not legally required) and operate in sanitary conditions. There is absolutely no ethylene glycol. Only propylene glycol which is use in medical inhalers, topical medicine and foods you eat everyday. The shiny coating on the cherries you eat is propylene glycol. We dropped propylene glycol from our recipe because of people like this spreading misinformation.

Buy US juice and avoid the Chinese **** and you are 100 times safer than inhaling smoke.

How did this become a discussion on e-cigs?

No hard feelings either man. Wasn't my intention to offend anyone just help inform. Yes the ethylene glycol was removed but, for some reason it's still showing up in some companies test samples. Sorry the link didn't work but that website is pro ecig not negative.

She only smoked 10 cigarettes yesterday. She used the ecig that she ordered. She said it helped while she was working. Today she seems a little irritable.

Until she decides to quit completely or gets used to the e-cig and goes strictly with it and a fairly regular dosage of nicotine, she probably will be. I quit 3 years ago after 35 years 1 pack/day. I did it cold turkey, but there's no way on God's green earth that I would have succeeded had I not been ready to quit on my own. My wife still smokes, so that ought to give you an idea just how stubborn I am. Even so, it was one of the hardest things I ever did. Be supportive, but don't push. "You can do it!", works MUCH better than, "Don't do that!" As contrary as we humans are, being told we can't or shouldn't do something sometimes makes it more desirable.

10 per day is her goal. She loves cigarettes and has no interest in quitting completely. I hope she can stick to it. One day she may want to quit, if she does I will do whatever I can to help.
