Anybody into weight lifting/body building?

Not really a good picture. I'm skinny but try to lift enough to keep myself tone. My chest is tight. I can't ever put size on my arms.

PRed on squat and bench today; form got a bit sloppy on the squat though. **** but in 8 weeks my bench raised from 215-235 and my squat from 255-315 (probably a lot to do from switching to low bar though).

Lift heavier weights. In order to put on size do low reps with a high weight. I love seeing this topic staying fairly active.

I agree with both point you made here! Although as far as biceps go, I've always gotten the best pumps from crazy amounts of reps (40-50) on cable curls.

Awesome to know there are more meathead monster fish keepers lol
