Anybody-- old old car buffs.. need to ID ???

Its a clothes dryer you hook the two bottom hooks to the spokes on the rear mounted tire and hook a hanger to the top hook and while you drive down the street your shirt dries. :-D

I am thinking you have great logic and inventive mind... and maybe you should have been born then so that we would even be further ahead now,.

I bet it had the rings like on big truck wheels. That contraption helped get the ring back on also?

i think i need to do more research now because i believe this is definitly the right answer although i still need the name of it etc...but damn you both are good.. for young guys..
