Anyone ever see a Sunfish quite like this?

I caught and grew out a group of what I thought were Green Sunfish X Bluegill. This one turned out really weird looking! Thoughts?

That is one sweet sunfish. looks like a black spotted sunfish mixed with a green sunfish mixed with a goldfish. haha NICE.

that is one bad ass looking fish. it almost looks like a Bluegill x smallmouth x rock bass lol i know thats not possible but it looks like a mix of the three. I would take a small chunk of one of its fins and see if you could do a DNA test to check. It would be costly but damn it would be cool to find out what that cross is

I see no reason to doubt they are greengills. They're impressive!

Cool fish. Definitely looks like some sort of Blue Gill hybrid, but no idea what it's mixed with... longear maybe?
