I read roughly 75 books a year. Currently into Jim Butcher series; The Dresden Files and The Codex Alera.

There was a tv show on not too long ago called Dresden Files.Im guessing it was based on the books.I never watched the show or heard of the books before but I might look into them.....Some of my authors of choice are,Don Pendleton,Brad Thor, and Stephen Hunter....

Its on Netflix now Krich. Its really good, even though they pulled the plug before it could be completed. Pity. Just like Firefly...

Haven't read the Codex Alera but have been wanting to check it out, is it up to par?

The first book started off a bit slow (character intros and plot-setting). Once past that, I literally could not put any of the books down. Bought book 1 and ordered the rest of the series before finishing the 1st.

Oh! How could I possibly forget about the series of unfortunate events? I read all of them except the last one around the same time as captain underpants

I used to read heavily but it got too time consuming and expensive to obtain books. Depending how good the book is, I can do over 200 pages an hour. Figuring most books arnt many more pages than that, you get my point. I finished my english teachers personal library in 7th grade, about halfway through the year and she had a few hundred books. So, nowadays I pretty much stopped.

I do hear the 50 shades trilogy is good....

^no im not reading them btw.
