Appraise this FH

He looks good, i think he will have a decent head on him as time pass. I would do natural gravel if you want something on the floor and blue background. Next thing you would want to do is to deworm him after he settles in.

Thanks! He was $225. I almost got him a female platimum but held back. She was smokin' but he wanted $150 for her and wasnt willing to budge. Would that even be a plausible mix?

As for right now he isnt eating. He went hard at the first offering but no interest after that. He also began sulking for a few. Not what i wanted to see so i threw in a little female haitiensis for him to chase. That livened him up. I think he likes her...
Here's a few fresh shots. Now he's looking like himself again.

Is that true? If so, :banghead: that blows....
He is so game for this female hait, I may get a chance to see that theory put to the test.

With Kamfa's, they mature at a much later age.. Around 1.5-2 years is when most kamfa's become fertile.

Indeed there is. If your FH's had red eyes, they shouldn't have much of a fertility problem unless they were smaller than 6".

i would have really like you buying those still you got nice one all the best with him :)

Me too. I would have broke bank for the first fish but he said he sold it. The second I think i saw but it was a much larger/more developed fish than in the pic. More chedda too! I'm happy with the one I picked and can't hardly wait till he starts to mature more. Thanks to all for the guidance, honesty and kind words.
